About Batik Fillum
Inspired by the creeping herb, Desmodium Heterophyllum, Batik Fillum captures the beauty of a plant that thrives close to the earth—creeping, grounding, and endlessly adaptive. Known for its delicate trifoliate leaves and soft clusters of pink to purplish blooms, this humble botanical becomes the muse for a motif that is both intricate and fluid.
The design unfolds in gentle, branching compositions, echoing the plant’s natural tendency to spread and connect. Subtle leaf variations and scattered floral accents create a sense of movement, while fine detailing reflects the tiny hooked textures that allow the plant to travel and endure.
Handcrafted using traditional batik techniques, each piece of Batik Fillum is a celebration of nature’s understated elegance—where softness meets structure, and simplicity reveals depth.
A modern botanical story, rooted in heritage and designed for effortless wear.
