Kain Batik Lepas Passiflora “Full” Canting Cotton Fuji in White

BATIK PASSIFLORA

The specific epithet, foetida, means "stinking" in Latin, and refers to the strong aroma emitted by damaged foliage. It is a creeping vine like other members of the genus, and yields an edible fruit. A widely grown perennial climber, the Passiflora Foetida is also used a traditional medicine.

The stems are thin and wiry, and are covered with minute sticky yellow hairs. The leaves are three-to five-lobed and viscid-hairy. When crushed, these leaves give off a pungent odor that some people consider unpleasant.

COTTON FUJI RANGE

Cotton Fuji is a light, cooling material which comes with a very shiny look. A material that is simply easy to "Canting" because it is thin and crispy. Ironing and washing made easy,  this fabric can be made into all kinds of clothing such as dresses, shirts and skirts

1. Please understand that our products are handmade, hand dyed and handpainted in Kampung Serada, Kuala Terengganu.

2. Products sold by Nysakapas may or may not contain natural and unnatural defects due to the natural environment of Kampung Serada and techniques of batikmaking such as unevenness in colour tones, lines and spots. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, do contact us through our email [email protected].

3.Our dyes are made in different batches. The results in colouring are not the same and may vary as much as 30% from one colour to the other.

4.We aim to produce good quality batiks and hope that you may consider the imperfections of the works of our art.
